I note that it was in the EMail Registration section of the DDFM1 set up where you put your email - my form works fine without my making those changes! I'm no techie though so it might be something else but they'll be able to at least know what the problem is and fix it, or not depending on their policy While waiting to hear from them you might consider deactivating the DD Contact form plugin and try another such as this one: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/si-contact-form/ Not all Contact Form plugins work the same way so, if it's something other than the PHP mail function, another plugin, such as this, may work for you.
